Package Itinerary
At 09h00 your guide will be waiting for you in the Central Park of Quero, next to the pool and the word "Quero", to escort you to the Hacienda Hipolongo, once there we will show you your room, welcome you and the instructions for you can spend a day full of adventures. At 09:30 we will begin our walk to the Cimarron Waterfall, where our adventure will begin, since to reach the pine forest where this waterfall is hidden we have to travel by tractor; During the tour to the waterfall you will be able to observe water swallows and if you are lucky a few wild cows.
After visiting the Cimarron Waterfall we will advance to the water intakes, from which the Hacienda receives the water it uses, and there we will replenish our energies with a delicious box lunch; With our energies recharged, we will return to the hacienda (1:00 p.m.) where a delicious lunch typical of the area will be waiting for us. Finished lunch you will have the opportunity to carry out living activities or rest after the walk. And in the mid-afternoon have the delicious Café de la Niebla.
At night, you will have a delicious snack (7:30 p.m.) and to end the day, the warmth of the fireplace will keep you warm from the cold and you will be able to listen to stories of yesteryear from the Hacienda. The next morning and after a good night's sleep, a rich man in the pure style of a chagra will be waiting for you (08:30) so that you can then enjoy our facilities and finish your visit to the Hacienda Hipolongo Cruz de Mayo.
