Mission
At Hacienda Hipolongo Cruz de Mayo, we are leaders in agricultural production in the canton of Quero. We specialize in the sustainable cultivation of tubers and the breeding of horses and cattle, applying environmentally responsible practices.
In addition, we are pioneers in rural and ranch tourism, being the only ones in the area to offer authentic experiences such as horseback riding, hiking, camping, culture, and nature, in an environment steeped in history and tradition.

By 2030, we aspire to be recognized as a model company in the agricultural and tourism sectors, both locally and internationally, standing out for our quality, innovation, social commitment, and respect for the natural and community environment.

Safety and Biosafety

We have a comprehensive tourism safety plan in place, aimed at preventing risks, providing timely information, and responding to any eventuality.

We have protocols and contingency plans in place for natural phenomena such as volcanic eruptions or ash fall from the Tungurahua Volcano.

We have implemented certified biosafety protocols following the guidelines of the Ministry of Tourism, ensuring a safe experience for everyone.

Tour Terms and Conditions

Hacienda Hipolongo reserves the right to remove any participant who threatens the respect or safety of the group (intoxication, disrespectful behavior toward the guide, etc.).

We are not responsible for losses, accidents, or damages during the tours.

All itineraries are for reference only and are subject to change due to weather, roadblocks, or other factors.

Reservations are confirmed only with the initial payment.

Prices are per person, with a minimum of two participants. Please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking.
Reservation and Payment Policies
Reservations

Rates are valid for 24 hours after quotation.

Reservations are accepted up to 30 days before the tour date, subject to availability.

Changes are subject to availability and possible re-quoting.
Payments

Initial deposit of 40% within 48 hours of confirmation.

Full payment must be made 48 hours before the tour.

For last-minute reservations (less than 10 days), full payment is required immediately.
Operating Policies

Arrive 10-15 minutes before departure time. Maximum wait: 10 minutes.

Activity times are approximate and may vary due to external factors.

Tourists must follow the instructions of the guide/tour leader.

Key information will be sent the day before the tour: recommendations, contacts, name of the guide.

Cancellations due to force majeure or absence on the day of the tour are considered NO SHOW (no refund).
