Mission
We are a leading farm, in the Quero canton, in the production of tubers and milk and the raising of equine cattle, using for this efficient systems based on development environmentally friendly and fully sustainable. Having tourism as a second line of business, being the only farm, in the Quero canton, to offer rural and farm tourism, specializing in horseback riding and hiking.

We have a security system with which it seeks to prevent, inform and offer answers to our tourists about the risks that are linked to crime, safety and health in the area.

We have a contingency plan in case of a volcanic eruption and ash fall from the Tungurahua volcano.

We have an evacuation plan to ensure the safety of our tourists.

We have biosafety protocols, based on those suggested by the Ministry of Tourism.

Hacienda Hipolongo se reserva el derecho de retirar a cualquier participante que atente contra el respeto o la seguridad del grupo (estado etílico, faltas al guía, etc.).

No nos responsabilizamos por pérdidas, accidentes o daños durante los tours.

Todos los itinerarios son referenciales y están sujetos a cambios por clima, bloqueos u otros factores.

Las reservas se confirman únicamente con el pago inicial.

Precios por persona, con mínimo de 2 participantes. Indicar alergias y restricciones alimenticias al reservar.

Tarifas válidas por 24 horas tras cotización.

Se aceptan reservas hasta 30 días antes de la fecha del tour, sujetas a disponibilidad.

Cambios están sujetos a disponibilidad y posible recotización.
Pagos

Depósito inicial del 40% dentro de las 48 horas de confirmación.

El pago total debe realizarse 48 horas antes de la visita.
Para reservas de último minuto (menos de 10 días), se exige el pago total inmediato.
Políticas Operativas

Llegar con 10-15 minutos de anticipación a la hora de salida. Espera máxima: 10 minutos.

Los tiempos de actividad son aproximados y pueden variar por factores externos.

Los turistas deben seguir las indicaciones del guía/tour líder.

El día previo al tour se enviará información clave: recomendaciones, contactos, nombre del guía.

Las cancelaciones por fuerza mayor o ausencia el día del tour se consideran NO SHOW (sin derecho a reembolso).
